ANTONIO DAL PIAZ

 

„The right maturity is the soul of any state-of-the-art sparkling wine.“ The Schuckerts decide on the date of vintage when the grapes have reached the optimal degree of maturity in order to produce finely structured, fruity wines. The second fermentation is done in the bottle; this process allows every bottle to develop a character of its own – every bottle is thus unique.

 

We allow the sparkling wine its time to mature  - sometimes up to 24 months. In the cool vaults of the cellar it builds up its mousseux – one of the finest.

The Antonio is shaken by hand bottle after bottle– the final act leading to perfection.

 

Our ancestor Antonio dal Piaz’ life was dedicated to perfection – our sparkling wine is given the soul of Antonio.
